Dimensional inspection

At IXPA, we perform continuous checks throughout all stages of production to ensure that every part strictly meets the customer’s specifications.

We use standard workshop measuring tools such as calipers, vernier calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges, which allow us to carry out fast and precise inspections directly at the machine.

In addition, we employ advanced optical and visual inspection systems that further enhance the reliability of our controls:

• Vicivision: An optical measurement system based on vision, particularly suitable for turned parts. It enables rapid, repeatable, and non-contact dimensional checks, measuring multiple features in seconds and ensuring high precision even on complex geometries.

• Keyence (visual inspection): Artificial vision systems that automatically monitor critical features, detecting dimensional deviations, surface defects, or shape errors. This improves process safety and reduces the risk of errors.

By combining manual, optical, and visual inspections, we ensure consistent quality, high repeatability, and full confidence in the batches we supply, meeting the requirements of the most demanding industries.
